We wanted to clarify the payment options you have for our veterinary services and the fees associated with each payment method if any.

Payment Type & Fee

We would much prefer you choose a payment type that does not come with any fees!

• 0% Fee – Cash, check, Zelle, or debit card
• 4% Fee – Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover only. CAMC does not accept American Express.)
• 5% Fee – Scratchpay
• 10% Fee – CareCredit

No-Show Fee for Scheduled Appointments

If you book an appointment on our schedule and do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged a fee. To avoid this fee, please cancel or reschedule your pet’s appointment 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.

If you arrive late for your pet’s appointment, you may be charged a late fee.
