We are still open and taking new patients as maintaining your pet’s health is essential! New clients can schedule their first appointment with Dr. Steffen like normal.
Please understand we have guidelines to follow to be able to offer our veterinary services via phone communications.
The AMVA (American Veterinary Medical Association) restricts this service to existing clients only. We sincerely apologize if we are not able to serve you at this time due to this.

Veterinarian Care Over The Phone
Telemedicine, or Telehealth, services are now allowed due to the restrictions being set forth due to coronavirus (COVID-19) concerns.
If you are an existing client, we can provide our pet care services to you over the phone.
The fee is $59.99 for up to a 40-minute call. Payment can be made with a credit card over the phone.
COVID-19 Statement From the AMVA
Telemedicine can be an important tool to protect and monitor patients while preventing the spread of COVID-19. With an already established veterinarian-client-patient relationship, telemedicine allows us to appropriately triage patients to ensure that only those really needing to be seen make the trip to the clinic with their owners.
